Cleveland Pharmacy was founded in 2019 by pharmacist Mohamed Elsayed. What started as a commitment to give Madera a better pharmacy option has grown into a practice serving over 1,000 patients across Madera and Chowchilla. We know many of our patients by name — and that's exactly how we like it.
